Using Aurela
You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Access may be limited when necessary to protect customers, sellers or the marketplace.
Marketplace relationship
Aurela provides a shared marketplace where approved sellers list products. The identity of the responsible seller should be shown with each listing and order. Aurela may provide payment, support and dispute tools without becoming the manufacturer of every product.
Products, prices and availability
- Product information must be accurate but may be corrected before an order is accepted.
- Prices, taxes, delivery charges and discounts are confirmed during checkout.
- Placing an order is an offer; acceptance occurs only when the order is confirmed.
- Inventory may change and unavailable items may be cancelled or refunded.
Payments, delivery and returns
Payments are processed through approved providers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns, cancellations and refunds follow the policy presented at purchase and any mandatory consumer rights.
Content and acceptable use
Aurela branding, software and editorial content may not be copied or exploited without permission. Reviews and other submitted content must be honest, lawful and non-infringing.
Liability and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Aurela may update these terms with appropriate notice when required.
