• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, explosives or instructions facilitating serious harm.
• Human remains, exploitative sexual content or products involving trafficking or abuse.
• Products recalled by authorities or known to present an unreasonable safety risk.
• Listings that facilitate fraud, hate, discrimination or illegal activity.

Restricted or approval-required

• Cosmetics, supplements or products making health claims.
• Children’s products, protective equipment and regulated textiles.
• Animal-derived materials, precious materials or culturally sensitive goods.
• Used personal items requiring hygiene or condition controls.
• Age-restricted products and products subject to transport restrictions.

Listing conduct

• Do not manipulate reviews, prices, scarcity or product origin.
• Do not redirect customers away from Aurela to avoid marketplace protections or fees.
• Do not use misleading images, hidden charges or unsupported sustainability claims.
• Do not collect customer information beyond fulfilment and authorised support needs.

Reporting and enforcement

Customers, rights holders and authorities should have a published reporting process. Aurela may request evidence, hide listings during review, notify affected parties and suspend sellers when risk warrants it.
