Eligibility and verification
Sellers must provide accurate identity, business, tax and payout information, maintain required licences and promptly report material changes. Aurela may verify, reject, suspend or re-verify sellers.
Listings and inventory
- Listings must accurately describe the product, seller, price, condition, materials and fulfilment terms.
- Sellers must own or be authorised to sell each product and its media.
- Inventory must be accurate and reservations or accepted orders must be honoured.
- Prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit or infringing items may not be listed.
Orders and customers
Sellers must prepare orders within stated handling times, use supported tracking events, package products safely and communicate through approved channels. Customer information may be used only to fulfil and support the relevant transaction.
Pricing, fees and payouts
A production agreement must specify commissions, taxes, payment costs, reserves, payout timing, currency conversion and permitted deductions. Sellers remain responsible for their own tax obligations unless law requires marketplace collection.
Returns, disputes and quality
Sellers must follow the displayed return policy and mandatory consumer rights. Aurela may issue refunds, withhold payouts or require evidence when resolving disputes, fraud or fulfilment failures.
Enforcement and termination
Aurela may remove listings or restrict a shop for policy, legal, safety or performance reasons. Final terms must define notice, appeal, outstanding-order handling and post-termination obligations.
